The Importance of Monitoring

Staying Ahead of the Aircraft… a basic lesson to be taught during initial flight training, and one that should continue to be reinforced throughout recurrent training and reminded to ourselves on a daily basis. We will explore what we see as an efficient implementation and use of monitoring and the importance of this combination with other training skills and competencies.
