CBTA Values and Challenges: The Voice of the Customer
Boeing has now engaged with more than 50 customers and 20 around the world to introduce our new CBTA programs and provide these customers access to tools they can utilize immediately to start to transition or support their use of CBTA programs.
We will provide some insights on what we have learned from that customer engagement on the value and challenges that would be of interest to the industry.
